Weight Watchers

I would say weight watchers is may be the number 1 sliming company in the uk, I have had friends use them with great results. I am thinking of joining but with me it is having to go to a class and with looking after my granddaughter it is a bit difficult to take her along. You can join online so I may do that but at least with the class you would have other people to be with for encoragement. We even have a popular resturant here that has weight watchers point system on the menu. So good luck with your weight loss and let us know how you are getting on.
