I have heard many positive things towards Weight Watchers. I've been on various programs and spent gobs of money only to gain my weight back. No fault of the programs whatsoever, it's just now I think I will try to do it on my own. If not, Weight Watchers would be the first place I call.

I've also heard a lot of great things about WW. I am wanting to start again, but I knew it would do no good with the ups and downs we were experiencing with my mother-in-law. So I'll probably look to start in a couple weeks after everything else settles down.

I'm currently on Weight Watchers. Barely on my third week, I'm doing the turn around, flex plan.

And I LOVE IT! I'm very happy with it. I heard about it from my co-worker who has lost 23 pounds. Also her friend is on it too and has lost 8 pounds in a month.

I've only lost 3 pounds, but then again, i don't exercise (im trying to fit it in my busy schedule).. and i'm hoping once i start becoming more active.. i'll lose more.

i think it's a great program, very cheap and it's really easy.. and you don't hav eto stress about what to eat blahb lah.. because really you can eat WHATEVER you want, just as long as you stay in your points range!

it's great! you can PM me if you want!

Sweet! I've tried so many diets but I have a tendency to binge in the wrong direction. I'ld try to eat better and it would tempt me to eat stuff I shouldn't like ice cream and donuts, when I'm not trying to watch what I eat I don't eat that kind of stuff. I'm really hoping this works, and my roommate and I are serious about getting in shape and working out maybe I can get her to join Weight Watchers with me. They have group exercise classes at school and if I get into those then I'll have a reason to go to the gym, I have a hard time getting there on my own accord just to work out.

I have been on ww in the past, and they do give you lots of foods to eat. I was on the point system. I have lost weight with this program. The important thing is that you write down what you eat during the course of day. The diary is what keeps you within your points, now as Kim said the flex points is another option which I have no clue to.. Good luck you will do it...

I lost 35 lbs on WW about 4 years ago and I am currently back on it. I've lost 15 lbs this time and have a few more to go. It is a great way to eat and very easy to follow - after you learn the point counting system.

Good Luck!

I did WW in college and lost 10 lbs and kept it off. I did the flex points plan and I could eat really whatever I wanted. It's all about portion control.
