Supposedly each 15 lbs lost means one size smaller. You should be seeing the difference now!

I do know my jeans feel a little bigger in the butt and legs. Not enough to change sizes.

you have more will power than i do, i could never stick to a diet. keep up the good work. as soon as the weather gets better we will have to go shopping again, you for some new summer clothes for your weight lose and me for summer clothes for work. we have to go before those babies get here though.

Way to go Janet yayyyyyyy keep up the good work , they say its best to lose it slowly. As Tink mentioned about losing a size , actually I heard its 10 pds.

Good job on staying on a diet Janet. I would have torn into those potatoes!! I could never go on one of those low carb diets 'cause carbs are my favorite I admire people who can stay on a diet.
