One is are you intaking more sodium (salt) than normal? Are you drinking enough water? Have you gone to the bathroom regulary (moving the bowels) Are you eating enough? (this is a biggy. If your body finds that since your diet it isn't receiving enough, it will hang onto what it does have. You might find you actually need to eat another small healthy meal inbetween the one's you already are eating. I've been getting those Special K protein waters and they are really good. They satisfy that feeling of inbetween meals, my body doesn't feel like it's starving because there is protein in it... Another is don't get discouraged. In a day or so you might get on that scale and find you've lost another 5 lbs. You've been doing really well with your diet, keep praising yourself. Don't forget to reward your dedication and weight loss. It's important to do that. ![]()
