Hidden Valley Ranch Crunchy Pea Salad
Ok - This looks really good and I'm going to have to try this one too.
It doesn't look the lowest in calories and fat but one is allowed to cheat every now and then right?? Hidden Valley Ranch Crunchy Pea Salad INGREDIENTS 1 (10 ounce) package frozen petite peas 1 cup celery, diced 1 cup cauliflower, chopped 1 cup cashews, chopped 1/4 cup green onions, diced 1/4 cup crisp-cooked, crumbled bacon* 2 tablespoons pimentos, chopped 3/4 cup Hidden Valley? Original Ranch? Dressing 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard Serves - 6 DIRECTIONS Rinse peas in hot water (or steam, if fresh); drain. Combine peas, celery, cauliflower, cashews, onions, bacon and pimientos in a large bowl. Whisk together dressing, sour cream and mustard in a small bowl; pour over salad mixture. Toss gently. Chill.

Sheryl...this sounds sooo good. I'm printing it out and making it soon. I love salads. I especially like that is will be kind of crunchy. I'll let you know what I think of it.
