I'm really not sure I like your answer "MAN". Ha ha I do know that men and women see things so differently...but some times it just gets old for a wife to tell her husband what needs done when he has eyes. Another example....when, for instance, a man throws something in the trash and it falls back out....doesn't that tell him that it needs emptied???? I have found out that if you give a man a list....98% of it will get done..maybe not in the time frame one would like, but eventually it will get done. I guess that's why they're called 'honey do' lists.....LOL

Sometimes men just need do just need to be told what to do. A list is a good way for a man to see what needs to be done, men may see a checklist or list of To-Do's as a challenge, which they may process better than a few spoken reminders.
You could also write down a due date or a timeline for the To-Do list, as in: Monday: Take out garbage Wednesday: Sweep driveway April 5, 2007 - Remember our 22nd anniversary, take wife out to dinner and buy her roses |
