I can't wait to see pics of the inside Angie!!
 I bet your excitement is over the top right now. I remember right before signing/moving into our new home, I felt like I didn't sleep due to too much excitement and nerves rushing.  You are going to have so much fun sitting there in your yard with a sun hat on, sipping iced tea, and planting beautiful flowers and such.  LOL, then you look up and yell to your hubby "Would you PLEASE mow the yard?" The "honey~do lists" don't take much time at all to get really long.
