Thank you so much Debbie!! I still haven't gotten over the hump, but I haven't gained any yet either. I have been a little slack, so I'm sure once I get back on track it will come off again. I'm going to have to keep a close eye on what I eat in the next few months. With my husband having surgery, I tend to eat more when I'm stressed...especially things I shouldn't have.....CHOCOLATE!!!!

yeah, Chocolates and sweets are my weakness, too. I keep saying I'm going to loose weight before the beach in June but I can't seem to get started.

UGH!!!!! I dont know whats wrong with me
![]() I havent had candy or chocolates for weeks now, and still doesnt look like ive lost ANYTHING!! Ive even cut down the booze, on saterday night i had 1 little port, after weeks of nothing!!! Usually if i cut down on these things for a few weeks, the weight just drops off, but now? HMMMMMmmmmm ![]()

To fill my chocolate craving, I eat one of those Weight Watcher chocolate snack cakes. They are really good. I allow myself one a day.
Try drinking a little more water Mandy. I'm going through a slump now and I'm not really going to worry too much. I'm kind of stressed because of hubby's back surgery...I'll get back on track more when things settle down. I'm just making sure I don't gain any back.
