The sound of snoring can be VERY annoying! The thing is, i find that my hubs snores more when he is stressed for some reason, i have kicked and poked him in the past, and awww - when i wake him up, he always says "sorry lovey" and turns around, so i can NOT get mad at him for snoring LOL

Janet, my hubby snores too, so I know how crazy it can drive you in the middle of the night; and MINE is only home one or 2 nights a week!

I think if you want to sleep in separate rooms, then go for it. It certainly isn't helping your relationship or your health to sleep (or NOT sleep) next to his snoring. You might find you like him better once you're rested up and not resenting him for destroying your rest.

Very well said Tink.
I have a big problem remembering to use any treatments I've bought or take any meds I should. Maybe he has the same problem, he just forgets to use the things he has to help?

I'm sure he just forgets to use it. I don't think he'd be a jerk on purpose...at least I don't think he would.

I do sleep great when the boys are camping with scouts. I just sleep so much better and feel so refreshed in the morning. I'm not just going MOVE HIM OUT, we will discuss it (I'm still getting my way) LOL, but he'll at least think he agreed to it.

He has woke up before after I've started crying at being so tired and not able to go back to sleep. So he knows it's very important and how if affects me. I honestly do believe it will make things better in just everyday life, to have more restful sleep for the both of us.

Oh, you haven't seen mad until you've seen me when I've been woken up. I don't know what it is, but this beast just comes out. Hubby knows not to mess with me when I'm sleeping. If he snored, he would have to nip that in the bud REAL quick. I am such a monster when I don't get enough sleep.

Janet, I don't blame you for getting upset about the snoring. For the sake of your marriage and your rest, he should get that under control or go sleep in another room.

Thank you so much Rebecca!!! You don't know how much I appreciate knowing I'm not the only one. I was beginning to feel like a real b****, ya know? I don't mean to, but when my sleep is interrupted like that, it's horrible.

I don't like for my sleep to be interupted either. There's nothing wrong with having him sleep in a different room as long as it's not out of anger. I have an aunt and uncle who each have their own room because he is very active while he sleeps. They don't seem to have any problems with it and even joke about it quite often. Just have a nice talk and explain it to him and I bet he'll move into the other bedroom with no problem.
