Just a thought on the chocolate craving thing. I buy one expensive dark chocolate bar a week. The dark chocolate is more concentrated and has more flavinoids which are healthy for your heart. I eat one or two squares from the bar each evening. Just parcel them out during the week. Not too many calories at once, and it's good for you, and you have indulged.
No fat chocolate milk sounds like it might be worth trying though. Maybe just a little bit.

I think it helps to cheat a bit when dieting. Atleast I do, LOL. I don't feel so deprived when I have something special a couple times a week.
I had measurements taken again last week weighin in at J.C. I've lost 11 inches so far. 4 from my waist, a couple from my hips, bust, and the rest elsewhere. LOL My pants feel a little bigger but I'm not satisfied yet until I lose more. Ugh - If I could just give up my wine. Not an option though. ![]()
