thanks i do not want to argue and i understand that the bitch that had the pups was not one we used for breeding , but all said and done i have lost out because her dog killed her pups because a neighbour came in and scared the mom, and if it was the other way around i would share the cash out of fairness, she has never mentioned that we would not have a share in this litter and we were depending on the money to pay off some bills really, i was very excited to be able to clear some debt really so i have spent the last couple of dayss in tears i am no further ahead and i feel let down, i was expecting her to call and say that she was bringing the money round i am just so upset and angry

I would definitely talk with her and let her know how you feel. If the female pet who had the litter is one that is to be "off limits" and not in the mix to share, then your mom should have made that clear to you then you wouldn't feel as you do now. In my opinion, if this particular furbaby is not to be in the loop and you were not aware before the litter was whelped, then to make things right, your mom should split this litter with you but no future ones if another accident occurs. That way, there is no hard feelings between either of you. Best of luck to you

Definatly talk to your mom, tell her how you feel, and what your thoughts are, maybe she has a different view of things, and might not be aware of this.
