My husband Eli and I have been married 3 years now (3 years as of February). (HERE is our favorite wedding portrait.)

Hmm, Eli's three best qualities as a husband/person are....

1) He's a great conversationalist. He is fun and interesting to talk to. We can talk even when we're upset with each other, we are good at chit-chat. It's the 1st thing I noticed about him when we first met.

2) He has a great sense of humor and his laugh is contagious.

3) He "gets" me. - And ladies, you know how hard it is to find someone who "gets" you. Eli can read my mind when everyone else is going.....huh? LOL.

This was fun. He'll be excited when I tell him about what I wrote about him!

Wow! It's hard to pick just three! Okay, I'll try my hardest to pick the absolute BEST things even though it's hard to decide...

1. Brendon is always VERY attentive to me and my needs. He can tell the moment something is wrong and does his very best to make it better.

2. He is one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met in my life. He truly empathizes with others and wants the best for everyone. His dad said recently that when Brendon was young, he would end his prayers with "bless everyone in the WHOLE world" and that he truly meant it. He still has this same attitude today.

3. He can make anyone laugh, any time! No matter how sad I am or how sad a friend may be, he can cheer me or them up in no time. He is just so fun to be around and conversations with him are amazing. My favorite time of the day is at night when we are lying in bed talking about the day. We can be incredibly serious, or we can laugh our heads off...all in the same conversation. I love the closeness we are able to share because of his openness and easy-going nature.

Everyday, he makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world. He is my Prince Charming.

Alright, sorry to be so sappy. lol. I just...well, I still smile every time I think about him and I love any opportunity to tell others just how I feel about this wonderful man I am lucky enough to be able to call "my husband."

LoL Janet! He thought you were just so nice and funny! He'd heard a lot about you before talking to you though. We're looking forward to chatting with you again today...

That portrait is beautiful, and your hubby is gorgeous!!

I'm not married to him, but I may be some day.

1. He trusts me enough to tell me anything, and I know I could tell him anything.

2. I can tell from the look in his eyes that he's telling me the truth when he says he thinks I'm beautiful and cute and perfect, even though I don't believe it myself.

3. He understands that I've got a little issue with jealousy and doesn't give me a hard time about it, instead he makes me feel like I'm the only girl on the planet.

4. (I know it was three but this goes hand in hand with the others) He understands me and knows it's difficult for me to share my thoughts with him. When I do work up the courage to tell him about things that bother me he gives me his undivided attention, and tells me exactly what I need to hear.
