Oh my goodness!!! I didn't know you were thinking of getting a Yorkie!! That's awesome! I must warn you though, they are very fragile and might not work out very well with 4 kids. But they are definitely precious. If you do decide to get one, you might want to try to get the biggest one you can find because they will be less likely to be accidentally injured by one of the kids. A few pounds can make a huge difference.

oh well he wants a mutt so we may end up going with that

From the pound or a rescue? They can be cute, too. Just make sure it has a good temperament with children.

we don't know how to get invovled with a rescue so I guess we will be heading to the pound.

lol I wouldn't want a dog but he does & seeing the pics here has kind of made me think dogs can be lovable too.

Oh my! You will never regret it! They are SO awesome! If you want tips on training and such, just give me a call. I don't know if your hubby has experience house breaking and training or not, but I don't mind helping if you need it.
