Omg!! 2,274 New Posts!!

Life has been busier than words can express! But, had a moment and wanted so badly to get online to say hello to you all. Then I see the new post counts. WOW, clearly shows I have not been on in awhile.

I can't tell you how much I have missed this place - and it will still be a few more weeks before I can get back on regularly.

We are having new hardwood floors put in, a concrete drive went in last week. The ashpalt rest of the drive goes in next week, plus my parents arrive today to LIVE WITH US! LMAO - Talk about some hectic days. So, I have spent the last few weeks trying to prepare for all this stuff. My parents want to move here to a town by me. But while they look they will stay in their RV parked on our drive (once it's completed anyway)...So back to cooking every day for a "family", keeping the house clean, and learning how to relax all over again. Yes, I've been a little stressed.

Still working at getting Bay my horse healed from his sore hoof. Should be all ready to ride in a couple more weeks.

I can't wait to get caught up on all the posts to see how you've all been. I already see I have 4 PM's I haven't read yet either.

One good thing about stress though....It's helped me lose weight, LOL. With my diet and stress I've about his the 20 pound loss mark. Crazy life lately.

Sheryl, sure have missed you. I hope you're able to find some time to check in with us. Yes there has been a lot of new posts because when YT is down, a lot come here. Nice to have everyone, but sure gets busy. It's down right now too. So I'm off to check new posts....keeping you in my thoughts!!!

I forgot about your parents moving, i thought it was still months away before they made the big step.

We have definitely missed you Sheryl. It's so good to see you back on the forum, even if only briefly. I'm sorry things are so hectic right now, but it sounds like you are making some exciting changes that will be well worth it in the end. Can't wait until things settle down and you are back here regularly again! Have a wonderful day!

Thanks Janet and Mandy - I can't tell you how many times I lie there at night and think to myself "another day passed and no time for 4wt". I've NEVER been one to write a to-do list and lately I've had one. Each day holds about 4-5 tasks and yesterday my mind/body literally shut down. I had to sleep for about 15 hours yesterday and today I feel like I am coming down w/ a cold or ??. Just stress and too busy.

Yes, parents came early. Bless there little hearts, LMAO! It's like SURPRISE we're here. They are having to stay at an RV park until our drive has sealed/dried whatever ya call it.

It's gonna be a HUGE change having 4 in this house rather than 2. But Robert KEEPS reminding me that I can't get this time back w/ my parents so Id better appreciate spending all the time I can w/ them now before it's too late. He's right, I know that. I will just feel better when everybody has settled and my life becomes boring again. LOL

I miss riding - Bay is almost ready thank goodness.

It's good to hear from you, Sheryl. You've definitely been missed. It sounds like things are a little stressful right now, just make sure that you take some time to relax and take care of Sheryl. We don't want you to get sick!

Good grief, lady, you have been busy! Sounds like it's all good though - you'll enjoy those hardwood floors and a driveway, I know! (My hubby and my dad are putting in a screen porch at my house this weekend! I'm so excited. I'll help them, though I'm not sure how much I'll be able to, haha.)
