Im nuts about purses, so i would probably ask a nice purse that i normally wouldnt buy for myself, or a nice perfume, or something to add to your collection if you collect anything.

I normally get kitchen stuff from my hubby. Even though I like these new things he gets, for Christmas I took him to the store & pointed out things I like. I ended up with a beautiful black suede coat & a crockpot.
 Maybe a shopping trip just to look at things you like would be great for you as well. Good luck & Happy Birthday.
