Wow!! What a turn of events!!! I bet that you're really relieved that they're leaving.

We used to have some neighbors that lived a quarter mile away and they had a band. Since they lived in the country they would play really late into the night. Our house wasn't well insulated and since they played really loud, the sound would just come right through our house. I would lay awake at night listening to their rock and roll. I finally started praying that God would move them out and in a few months they moved and the house was torn down!!!!

I've been praying they'd be leaving soon, so see this as an answer to prayer. I imagine the guys will hang in here just as long as possible... most likely they will have to be evicted after a foreclosure, so it could be a long time before they're really gone, but at least it's a start.

I'm hoping that in the mean time I can start setting aside cash to purchase the lot when it comes up for sale. Owning it would guarantee we won't have another situation like this in the future. The price will likely be more than I feel it's really worth, but I have to think of it as purchasing peace...

I'm glad you're finally getting them out of there. I know that is what you've been wanting. Maybe it will go into foreclosure or something and you can get it at a great price. We can hope can't we????
