I wonder if there's a setting for that which could be changed. Did you search through the instruction manual? Some companies also have very good tech service
over the phone. I did get my camera, and have taken some pix, but haven't been home long enough to sit down and figure everything out yet. It comes with 3 different manuals! I do love it - it's very easy to work with. I have to download the prgram onto my computer so that I can post the pix.
