Oh my Tink! These neighbors never give you any time to rest do they?? That poor puppy! I think you should do whatever is in it's best interest, because it sure seems that the owners aren't! He doesn't deserve to suffer just because of their bad decisions.

It may not be legal to give someone else's dog away, but I think this is one of those situations where legal and moral are in opposition to each other. I doubt anyone will even ask where the pup went... so I'm going to try to find it a new home where it will be taken care of properly. Someone has to do something, so maybe it's my chance to be "someone" huh? LOL
