I totally agree - you did the right thing! That's just awful now neglectful the parents are!
 You never know what "could" happen and you could have saved those kids from a lot of harm.

That is not at all safe Tink, especially these days. I'm so glad you had the courage to speak up for them. Children need more advocates like you...

I'm just reading this post now. I would have first let the parents know what their kids were doing...then I would have DEFINATELY called the police...If this continues you should consider giving child protective services a call. It's obvious that these people (I don't consider them parents) don't watch their children very carefully and don't really care what they do. Unfortunately one day one of these little ones are going to get hurt and it will be too late by then. I feel you did the right thing and only hope that either the police do something or they call DSS.
