Master pieces
Wanted to share some pics, and post a link to our anual flower corso, it's a tradition of this town.
Each of these are hand made, and each community creates it's own, this is the 66th year of corso. We sat right in front, it was our first time to experience this, i was gob smacked, by the beauty. Each of these creations are covered with dahlia's in different colors this town is known for. I have a lot of pics, but will post the link to the site, you can view them there The pictures dont do them justice! http://www.bloemencorsozundert.nl/nl...itslag2007.php

Mandy, what a beautiful parade!!! The flowers were so beautiful! I looked at all of the pictures and all I can really say is "WOW"!!!!!
We have a parade in the US that is similiar. It's called the Rose Parade and it's in California on, I think, Thanksgiving (correct me someone if I'm wrong). The floats are completely covered in plant materials, mostly flowers. It, like your parade, is very beautiful and it would be so awesome to actually see one in person! Thanks for sharing your pictures!

Thanks Diana, it really was awesome to watch the parade!! My husband video taped the whole parade, and were meant to take the dvd to show my parents today, but i forgot, and left it on the table
My parents were supose to come here last sunday, to spend the day, and go to the parade with us, it came past right behind our house, but something unexpected came up, so they couldnt make it.
