Thanks again everyone for the words of encouragement. It's been over 4 weeks now, so I'm not turning back. I really think this smoking gig is over. I just have to remind myself to clean the windshield in my van. All that nicotine and smoke residue is still there. Maybe I'll remember to do it today.

 Still going strong ladies...no smokes since August 30th. Yeah for me!!! Even after all this time, let's see....7 weeks today, I still at times would love to 'light up', but I haven't. I just go do something else to get my mind off of it and it always works.Bad thing though..you all know how I've been fighting the weight battle...well, I've gained every pound I've lost back. Hate to admit this, but back up to 242...SUCKS!!!
