That really sounds yummy. I will have to try that.
I made Veggie beef soup over the weekend. Can of Roast Beef or you can cook a roast and use it. Big can Tomatoe Juice, Then I just start throwing things in. Garlic crushed, cabbage, green beans, corn, carrotts, potatoes, celery, tomatoes, onion. Beef Boullion cubes (2), season salt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder. Let it cook for an hour and my family loves it. especially if it's cold outside

Well, today I'm in class until really late, so we'll probably just have whatever is quick and easy, maybe beans and rice or turkey burgers...
