How many pets have you owned at once?

I've had as many as 34 dogs when I was breeding German Shepherds (2 LARGE litters plus parents)

9 horses

up to 26 barn cats

Sharing their life with me now consists of one very large fat horse named Bay. A very large fat dog named Daisy, a mid sized fat dog named Annabelle, A nervous sometimes insane Yorkie named Schatzie, a sweet little boy Yorkie named Ransom, oh and a very large fat cat named Kitty Brat.

Ummm, that makes 6....I had to use my fingers. LOL

We've always had a dog and the last several years we've had two dogs. And.....since we live on a farm you have to have cats but at the moment it seems like one cat is all that can survive. When we first moved here we had a lot of cats so we gave away a lot of them and the coyotes and fox have taken care of the rest. My daughter had a dozen mallard ducks in the spring to put on our pond but again the fox and coyotes have had a tasty lunch on all of them! We're not doing that one again!

I think now is the most pets I've ever owned...I have a cat, a dog and a bird. (But I am in the process of finding a new home for the bird!)

Right now we have 1 lab who thinks shes a tiny yorkie, 2 drama queens "yorkies"
and 1 cockatiel.

The most we ever had was a boxer, our lab, the 2 drama queens, and the cockatiel, a few goldfish in my son's room that somehow just disappeared LOL and fish in the pond.

LOL Sheryl, you're not alone.
My animals all tend to end up a bit rotund as well.
I'd never be able to have a greyhound or whippet, 'cause I'd feel I was being neglectful!

I've owned a horse in the past, and I hope to own them again.

Currently I own 1 dog, a chihuahua named tinky
and 1 cat named belle. technically though belle counts for 3-5 because she's due for kittens in a week or sooo! I will have to post a picture of her. she's huge!

I think right now is the most I've owned at the same time...3 female Yorkies....Emilee, Gidget and Fancy and one male Yorkie, Joey and my female Golden Retriever Penny. Boy to I love them bunches!!!

QR -Can we see pix of the pregnant cat, and of course the kittens when they come?

The most I've had has been 6 cats. My ex moved in with his 2 and I had 4. We lost 3
within a period of about a year. Some were pretty old.

I like 3 animals, maybe 4, and a combo of cats and dogs.
