On days when it was difficult to think of one, the generic response was "I'm here" or "I'm alive". If you think about it, those in and of themselves are positives. That's an excellent way to start the class off Angie. I think it's great also that you started this thread. Many of us can get wrapped up into our own personal issues/life that it fogs our ability to see our "positives". Thank you for the reminder to remember!!!!!! ( the day is still young so i will get back later with my positive. )
