My daughter, Amy, made homemade fudge the day before Thanksgiving. She gave me a call right before she started to go over the cooking time and how to make it. The last time she tried to make fudge was when she was first married and even after soaking the pan for several days she still ended up having to throw the pan out!!!!
So making a mistake in the ingredients is NO big deal ,Janet, but when you have to thow out dishes in the process, well, that's another thing!!!!!! BTW--Her fudge turned out perfectly!!! She must have had a good teacher!!!!!
