Is the error advising that the pictures are too large? If so, the pics need to be sized down.
I am so horrible at computer stuff so not sure if I am making any sense. I am sure other's here will give you much better help than I did. Hang in there, we'll get ya fixed up.

Maybe I should post it for everyone : http://bluefive.pair.com/ In the second section titled Freeware utilities, applications and useful tools click on PIXresizer and download the program. You can resize your pictures with this program.
