Cool Weather!!!

I was just watching the weather chanel, we're supposed to get 10 inches here,
I'm so tired of winter, will spring ever come?
How's the weather in your neck of the woods?

Do you really want to know??

It's 44 deg right now, but it's warming up.
Tomorrow, high is predicted to be 63 deg
Saturday, low 58, high 73 and cloudy
Sunday, low 60, high 78 and partly cloudy
Monday, low to, high 78 and partly cloudy

By the way, cost of living is fairly low here, and housing is not in as bad a shape as in much of the country.

We do have lots of bugs, and it's a bit humid.

Pretty much sucks here. We were suppose to get up to 10 inches but the storm fizzled out. Now we have just a freaking mess and a 2-hour delay. I wish they'd quit getting people so worked up and then nothing! I think the weather people and the grocery stores are in cahoots.

This is how we feel about hurricane predictions sometimes. The weather forecasters will freak people out and there won't be a bottle of water or a sheet of plywood available anywhere on the coast.

It's really bad since Katrina, but we won't be like New Orleans. We're not below sea level. The levie failure is what devistated them. Media hype makes me sick sometimes.

We have sleet, snow and ice advisories, but not in the city. We do have ice advisories since it's going down below 32 degrees. No big deal (I hope nobody gets hurt).

My grandchildren are off from school because of ice.

How about you Janet? I hope you got the day off.

It's actually up to 18 degrees here today. Thank GOD!
I'm so tired of the extreme cold! I have errands to run, things I really need to do, and haven't dared leave the house most of the week.

It looks like they['re predicting better weather here for the next week, so I hope they're right this time!

Keep safe everyone!

Our snow fizzled out too. We were suppose to have 6 - 10 inches but we only got about 2 1/2 - 3 inches. Oh well, the kids got out of school for a couple of days and they're going to go sledding behind the 4-wheeler!!!! Grandma will have the hot cocoa ready for them when they come in.
