Oh, Haley, soooo hoping the gets the raise and the truck. A company truck is a really big deal these days with gas prices as they are!! I drive a company truck and I figure it's worth several thousand dollars a year.

Can't celebrate yet, Mike called him yesterday at 3:00 like his boss told him to and his secretary cancelled the meeting until today at 4:00. i'm getting an ulcer over here, i think his boss is playing games with him now.... so i guess i have to wait til he gets home today, keep those fingers crossed again today Ladies.. i'm going back to eating my candy canes again today and being depressed. I can't take this waiting game, im getting very stressed here....
I asked Mike why he cancelled and he said his boss had to run to a job site they were having problems. i don't know if i believe that or not? What do you guys think or am i just over reacting ?

Relax, and try deep breaths......Under the circumstances, you are not over reacting. However, look at this from the bosses perspective. He may have actually had a crisis on a job and that was the higher priority for him at the moment. He determined the talk with you hubby could wait a day. He may not realize the anguish he is causing.

Thanks Marilyn you always know what to say. i'll try. this is just very stressful.
with working, painting at home my house is a mess, and a first Birthday party coming up. i'm just cracking up, i just have to much on my plate this month..

i know Marilyn i also have a company truck and you are right it does save you thousands.. just hoping Mike gets his. i just feel like crying right now.. i can't take this waiting, his boss better meet with him today, i told Mike to call him at lunchtime and make sure you are meeting him today at 4:00... and he said he'll call him again.. so it's another day of waiting...
