This thread is so I can say I did my part today & started a thread.
I don't know how to insert a poll or I would. Do you or don't you? If you do did it take you a while to get comfortable or did you just go for it? I've never done & it personally makes me a little shy to even think about actually doing it. At the last toy party I went to I bought a little waterproof buddy that's still sitting in his package in the drawer, I just can't bring myself to do it. What a thread huh? |

There is NOTHING wrong IMO with self satisfication. And besides, I honestly feel we at times can please our ownselves better than with a partner.
I've never had issues personally with it, I began when I was a teen. Obviously I am not too shy to say so either, LOL. I feel if you are not comfortable knowing your body and what feels good, then it makes it more difficult to know what you would like with your partner, or how to tell him. Go for it. Glass of wine, hot bath, your waterproof buddy, lights down low, be alone, and ease your mind.

I was always pretty bashful about this myself. (I was raised Catholic with all the guilt that comes along with it). It took my husband to coach me in this and he actually encourages me to do this for myself (of course he gets to peek
 ). Because of him, I bought a "toy". He is really open to all sorts of experiences and has taught me alot. I think it is important that you learn what feels good to you so that you can convey this to your partner.
