![]() I dread the day I have to help my husband through death. He comes from a small family and has never had to attend a funeral. Death is never easy for anyone, but he never even experienced the loss of a pet until our male sugar glider passed away December 27th. He was visibly upset as he took in the finality of it, but he was my rock then.... I hope you and your husband are feeling better Janet, remember her laugh and share stories of her often ![]() I always picture my grandmothers hands and what security I felt when they were near. |

Hi Janet, I just read this post and am sorry to hear about your aunt. What wonderful memories you have of her, hold them close to your heart. It is sad as the older generation passes on and take all their wonderful traditions, jokes, humor and all the good stuff they were all about..

Thank you Gina...you're so sweet as are all of you. Aunt Dorothy will be missed, but her sweetness and her laughter will always be in our memories of her.
