one large egg, one slice of bacon, one heel of low cal toast and 8 oz skim milk

(unbeknownst to pearl, she has created a monster in giving me the brilliant idea of taking pictures of what I cook lol)
my specialty meatloaf, mashed white potatoes with the skins left on and garlic (horseradish added to the other half's portion as well, BLEH!) finished with a sprinkle of fresh gound black pepper, french style green beans and a basic side salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber with 1 tsp lite Caesar dressing.
8 oz diet cherry 7-up

Later on I'll snack on 3/4 cup chocolate delight Special K and 4 oz milk.

Exercise... I plan on doing one of the four DVDs, and walking across "town" with Owen (since it's his turn) to check on grandmom and the new puppy of the family, Gracie
