I have it saved in my documents under recipes, haven't attempted it yet on garbage gut. I don't really care for bananas, but he eats a couple a day when we have them.
It's one of Paula Deen's, got to love her! The grapenut pudding is something my momma always made  recently made her give me her recipe lol
