cucumber sandwich on low cal bread, light mayo, 5 plain pringles
8 oz diet 7 up

i love pot roast!

b- peanut butter

l- grilled cheese and tomato soup, pumpkin pie

s- hasn't happened yet! but i have leftover ravioli and chicken korma and rice.

no exercise today!
