Here's my recipe for chili:
2 lb ground chuck 1 large onion chopped 1 large can diced tomatoes/ or 3 small cans 3 cans dark kidney beans (drained) 1 small can tomato paste 2 envelopes chili seasoning 2 tbsp chipotle seasoning 1 tsp cumin salt & pepper to taste brown the meat with the onion. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly. Lower heat and simmer for at least an hour. |
