Wow Kat!
That's a great thing to do for yourself. Keep some popcorn on hand for when those cravings hit... I'm told it helps to be able to chew on something. lol

I've been chomping on carrots all day also, just holding one in my hand seems to help. I'll try the popcorn next, but for now the carrots are working, my motto is: ""If it ain't broke, don't fix it" ."

Kat I always used Tic Tacs too. Made my mouth and breath better and not taste like smoke.
