I think #5 is critical for any relationship to work!
I'm not saying Jim and I never get angry with each other - but it is a FIRM rule in our house that we do not shout at each other and never disrespect the other. Sometimes I can't believe when friends tell me about an argument they get into with their spouse and the names that they call each other. |
