Just Not Right
This breaks my heart, Jenny was stationed at Fort Bragg.
This was very hard for me to watch, has anyone every been to a Veterans Hospital? Our soldiers have given so much to us and look how the Federal Government treats them, it's just not fair. I can't even talk about this topic without without getting angry at our government. My Greatgrandfathers, Grandfathers, Father, Husband and Yes, My Daughter Proudly Served Our Country and look what they have to come home to..............

Kat...can you ask Jenny if this is really true? If it is...it sucks and shouldn't be allowed to be!

I've already e-mailed the link to her in Florida, I'm sure she'll respond as soon as she gets online, she has her own stories to share.
Jenny and Rob were both in the Army during Desert Storm, Rob flew the AH-64 Apache in Afghanistan, it's an all-weather day-night military attack helicopter and is the United States Army 's principal attack helicopter. Jenny was Airborne, thank goodness she never had to leave Germany during that conflict.

I E-mailed this to everyone on my AOL friends list..well, with the exception of the few 4wt members i have on there. I also mailed it to my hubby's family. they are military and have strings to pull. I hope this is fixed and that those who serve our country are treated with dignity and respect. It makes me sick to walk into a VA hospital.

Please take action...disgrace to our service people!
Ladies:
I was stationed many places across this great country and I am sorry to say that the standards of living are pretty sad in the barracks. I have resided in similar places, but none to the extent of the filth shown in the videos. Even though this story broke on CNN, please please please consider responding. Your voice is heard loud and clear, and you can make change for these folks. Regardless of your political views, these men and women deserve a clean and environmentally safe living space. I am in Florida and I will be contacting the base commander, my Senator and Congressman, and those in North Carolina. Without your voices, there will be little change in our military, that I can promise you. It truly breaks my heart to see this, and other stories of how the service members are returning home and not given the dignity and respect that they deserve. With sadness in my heart for this situation Ex-Army Paratrooper, and JAG member! (Former Sergeant) Jenny Zyzo |

I am glad the press has this. It is a sad thing to look on our country and see those who serve it to be force to live like this. Each of our hereos should have a mansion waiting on them when they return here. My father-in-law just retired from the Army and my brother-in-law would be in Iraq right now if he hadn't had to have a knee surgery. I proudly wear a yellow ribbon and I did get to thank a soldier in uniform today thanks to Kat's post. We were sitting at a red light. I looked over as he looked at me. If I had not seen Kat's post, I would not have known how to say thank you. His smile was all I needed. Thank you, Kat!
