Exercise Regimens.
Exercise regimen
The Doctor told me, I should start an exercise program. Not Wanting to harm this old body, I've devised the following: Monday Beat around the bush Jump to conclusions Climb the walls Wade through the morning paper Tuesday Drag my heels Push my luck Make mountains out of mole hills Hit the nail on the head Wednesday Bend over backwards Jump on the Band Wagon Run around in circles Thursday Advise the President on how to run the country Toot my own horn Pull out all the stops Add fuel to the fire Friday Open a can of worms Put my foot in my mouth Start the ball rolling Go over the edge Saturday Pick up the pieces. Sunday After a week like that, thank God for a day of rest!

I thought it would be fun if everyone shared their funny exercise routines.
My morning exercise is getting out of bed, let the dogs out, feed them and brush them. Next I logon to 4WT, YT and give my fingers all the work out they can handle. If I have any energy after that, I lay down until it goes away.

Mine is pretty simple....
1. get up walk to bathroom. 2. walk to computer room and let dogs outside 3. clean up puppy pen (lots of bending and stooping) 4. walk to kitchen and wash hands 5. Poor large cup of coffee 6. Complain that Gidget didn't poop while outside 7. walk back down long hall to bathroom 8. wash face, arms and pits and get dressed 9. walk back down long hall, let puppies out to burn energy 10. chase puppies down to put them back up 11. back down long hall to pee 12. out to bus to go get the 'little darlings' 13. back home and check out YT, 4WT and ????????? 14. usually too tired to do much else, but seem to get it done. H E L P ! ! ! ! ! !

Here's how my routine goes:
1. Get out of bed. 2. Let Reuger out of his kennel. 3. Walk to the front door and let Reuger outside. 4. Sometimes I watch tv or I get on the computer. 5. Walk to front door and let Reuger back in. 6. Get back on computer. 7. Get dressed and make bed and straighten bathroom. 8. Walk to the front door and let Reuger outside. 9. Get cup of coffee. 10. Walk to front door and let Reuger back in. 11. Start some laundry and start cleaning the kitchen. 12. Walk to front door and let Reuger outside. 13. Work on kitchen some more. 14. Walk to front door and let Reuger back in. 15. Talk to hubby while he eats lunch. I drank my coffee too late to want lunch at noon. 16. Walk to front door and let Reuger outside. 17. Talk some more with hubby. 18. Walk to front door and let Reuger back in. 19. Etc., Etc., Etc. As you can see I get a lot of excersize letting Reuger in and out. If he sees something outside he just goes crazy to get out! He's just got to check everything out. Sometimes I just make him wait for awhile. He definitely keeps me moving!!

My exercise regime is very rigorous!
I wake up Kiss the dogs hello Uncover the parakeets and say hi to them Go back to sleep after going to the bathroom Wake up again See what's on TV Probably go back to sleep for a little bit again Get up Laugh at the dogs because they get so excited - they don't see me in an upright position often Walk to kitchen while doing a quick pee pad check to make sure everybody has done their thing. Give poop in the wrong place a very dirty look! Feed the dogs, who usually don't even bother coming in, much less eat breakfast. Make coffee, boil water, make oatmeal, eat peanut butter. Throw away paper plates and bowls from breakfast. Look at the papers on the table that have to be taken care of - shudder Give some thought to cleaning up and getting out early as I turn on my computer. Check out my mail, ebay. the bank and 4WT At around lunchtime, go back to kitchen and make lunch, which I share with the dogs. Lay down for a while after that exertion. Clean up the house, the poop, the pee pads Make necessary phone calls Back to computer MAYBE go out, maybe with the dogs Stretch out on the coach to watch Dr. Phil Usually nap Back to puter Make dinner Clean up Stretch back out on coach to watch TV Goodnight! It's a hard knock life!

1. hit snooze
2. hit snooze 3. kiss the baby 4.hit snooze 5. drag my lazy butt outta the bed 6. shower 7. get dressed 8. drop my youngest so off at school 9. come home 10. do my hair and make up 11. drag the hubby and baby outta bed. 12. dress the baby. 13. have my hubby drive me to work 14. talk on the phone for 6 hours. 15. ride home 16. chase the kids 17. type 18. stop an arguement between the kids 19. type 20. chase the baby 21.type 22. cook 23. eat 24. clean the kitchen 25. chase the baby 26. type until she falls asleep. 27. type, type, look at the tv, type 28. find clothes for all the kids and myself for tomorrow 29. type 30. at some point drag my butt to bed... if I don't fall asleep on the couch saturdays and sundays are big cleaning days.
