Oh hun, been there, done that. Any time you make a payment arrangement, get the name of the person you talked to. Write down the date and time you talked to them. Then call 'em up and give 'em hell when they go back on it. (can you tell I've been there, done that?) Try talking to them again and remind them about the payment arrangement.
