I think there are several pieces of "Obama Baggage" that need clarification.

Here's a quote from the following interesting article about all of these issues from the Washington Post.

" Asked by moderator Tim Russert what he could do to reassure Jewish Americans, Obama cited his belief that Israel's security is "sacrosanct."
