When you upload a picture you have to r click and r click again then copy it, go back to your profile page and click on the persons post that you want to send to and in the send message click paste.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you much...guess when it's the two of us together ....no wonder...LOLOL.
Tell me the sight you found that link and what the picture is and I'll go there and see if I can figure it out. Not promising anything ya know...I'm not the best at this either.
