I am going to be living on the deck! Can you imagine having your morning coffee out there?

I spent the morning on the phone with the mortgage broker, realtor, talking the mover down on price, etc.

At this point, my moving date is July 27th, and the closing is July 25th.

I'm so excited, but so nervous! I'm not stressed, just nervous. This is all so new to me.

Soon, we have to talk about decorating.

I think day 1, I'll just make up the bed, feed the animals and go to sleep.

Day 2 - food shopping and cleaning person to give the cabinets, drawers, etc, a good scrub down.

Day 3 - unpack the necessities and go swimming in the pool.

Thanks Donna. I think I'm getting over the stress.
The closing will be when it will be, and I decided that everything does not have to be perfectly done!

In other words, screw it! I'll get there soon, and hopefully with all my stuff.

So you're not sure when you get to move in yet? That's okay...it would be fun thinking about it and how you would arrange everything. I think it would be so great moving.....but to a much bigger place than what I have....LOL.

The stress is understandable because buying a home is one of the biggest investments that we make, but, you are not in control, it is the Realtor, Loan Officers, etc. They have to do their job and you can't do it for them.
"Easy for me to say?" I am a control freak and want to make sure everyone knows what they are doing. You might have this personality, hope not, it is stressful. Things will work out, can't wait for you to close and get in that house and on the deck.
