I have Jessie (yellow Lab) Hickory (Chocolate Lab) and This new girl who are all approaching or have just reached their 2nd birthdays so are ready to be bred for their first time. Chip is a year old this month, so should be ready and willing.
Gypsy is only 3 months old, so is too young for a long time yet. So now I wait to see who comes into heat and decide from there how many to breed yet this year. With our frigid climate I don't want pups in the coldest months of the year. I'd love if I could have a litter from at least this new girl soon. I'm taking her for a vet exam tomorrow just to be sure she's as healthy as she seems.
