Sunrise over Bar Harbor Maine
Jim riding his bike in the mountains Fireworks Depending on who is singing - "Amazing Grace" touches my soul and makes me cry. |

The beach, especially when the sun shines on the waves and it looks like diamonds.
Going up a mountain road and being surrounded by trees. Quiet, so I can hear birds singing, the wind, and the sounds of nature. A fierce thunder and lightening storm, with me and my pets inside.

Gee, the things that take my breath away are...hmmm
... the idea that this young man I've raised is my son. ... hearing the song by Louis Armstrong..."What a Wonderful World" makes my heart smile too. .... puppies being born .... butterflies that land on me when I don't even see them .... looking out over the fields early of a morning or right before dusk. So peaceful, quiet and beautiful. I know there is more, but when I try to think...I go blank...lolol

My kids giving me hugs because they want to and i never asked. My husband giving me back rubs just because he want's to. Seeing my oldest daughter married in 11 days.
