Teri, I believe God answers all prayers too, no matter what kind or how important.

I can imagine how you felt when your computer crashed. I just told my husband that of all the personal possessions I would rather not have to do without my comuter.

Here's an interesting prayer story: (I have many!) I do not drive well at night. It's very hard for me to see. Anyway, I had to go into NYC with my kids and I was scared to death, knowing I would have to drive home. I said a prayer before I left and asked God to protect us on the drive home. We were driving down the turnpike and my son said "How weird, there is a bunch of traffice up in front of us and a bunch back behind us, but there isn't another car near us" I knew right away that I was being protected by what I call "travel angels"

Another time, my sister, her son and my 2 kids and I were camping with my church. My sister wears hearing aids and about 5 minutes after we left the campsite she suddenly remembered that her hearing aids were in the cup holder of her chair. We pulled over and she went through the trunk of her car but could only find one hearing aid. We went back to the campsite and started looking for the other one. We were joined by 3 or 4 other people from our church. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack. I stopped and said "we need to say a prayer". So, we gathered around in a circle and I offered up a prayer and asked for help to find the hearing aid. Not 1 minute later my daughter looked down and it was right there. My sister was absolutely amazed! I really could list dozens of times that I've had a prayer answered exactly when I needed it. Prayer is a wonderful gift from God!
