Oh my... things are progressing and the hormones are kicking in!
Katie was here a bit ago and she's having considerably harder contractions now. She was obviously in pain, so Josh and I both turned to look at her and nearly got our heads bit off for it! LOL The hospital has 4 midwives, and you end up with which ever one happens to be on call when you go in. Of course since Katie likes 3 of them, it's the 4th one (who she doesn't like) that's on call tonight and tomorrow. Ironically she is the one who delivered Katie 20 yrs ago and Greg chewed her out back then. lol

Wow, Tink how exciting!!!! Keep us posted when you can!!!
They use midwives at the hospital!!??? I've never heard of that. Here I think only doctors deliver at the hospitals, and midwives deliver for home deliveries. Sorry she does not like the one on call. It's kinda cool though that the one who delivered her will be delivering her child. Wishing you the best and that all goes very well!!!!!!!!!!!

My niece had both of her kids with a midwife in the hospital. She loved it! I hope all is going well, maybe even over for her now! Can't wait to hear the details!

Here only midwives deliver and doctors step in if there is a major problem.

This is my 3rd grandDAUGHTER. lol
Summer Rose was born at 11:46 am today. She's 19" tall and 7 lbs 11 oz. She has us all totally infatuated already. I got to attend her birth which was pretty amazing. Both mom and baby are doing great.

YAY!!!!! Congratulations!!! Oh how wonderful!! I almost didn't get on the computer tonight and decided to anyway. Oh how wonderful...she's so beautiful and what a head of hair that little girl has. This is just so exciting!!!!!
