Diana, I was a medicare claims processor. I worked on claims that were submitted with problems. The quota given on Friday was to correct 50 or more claims per hour, which means you get about one minute to bring up the claim, find the problem, correct it and reenter the claim so it can be paid.
![]() The work is done in cubicles, so you're isolated all day. They have so much work to accomplish that they've made 8 hours overtime per week mandatory so people are tired and burning out. It's just a tough job with a lot of challenges and intense demands.

Congrats on the new job! At least this is a job you are excited about! Plus you get to meet all kinds of new people! You also get to find another little furry friend soon! I still think you need to come get this Rottie!
