The reason I can't remember to take my centrum is because it says to take it will food, is this untrue? If you don't have to take it with food then I could take it in the morning with my allergy pill & be a-okay.

I believe the reason it suggests that you take it with food is so that your body obsorbs it better...

I have to take mine with food or I'll get sick. Not just a little naseous either... it's bad.
 It will make me puke.

For all of you all that are forgetting, you might try this approve. Since I have to take blood pressure, thyroid, hormone and my vitamin, I have one of those weekly pill boxes next to my sink. So every morning when I brush my teeth they are there in plain sight, so no forgetting for me.
