A New Chicken Recipe
My daughter, Dae Lynn, has made this a couple of times for us and I finally got the recipe for it. It is sooooo good and very easy to make!!!
Italian Chive Chicken 6 Chicken Breasts-thawed 1/4 c. Butter or Margarine 1 pkg. Italian Dressing Mix 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 1/2 c. White Cooking Wine 1/2 pkg. Chive Cream Cheese (My daughter used the whipped kind) Wide Egg Noodles Melt butter and add Italian dressing mix. Mix in White wine and mushroom soup. Bring this to a boil. Place the chicken breasts in crockpot and pour butter/soup mixture over the chicken. Cook 4-5 hrs on high in the crockpot. Before serving stir in the chive cream cheese until melted. Delicious served over wide egg noodles. (You could probably use water in place of the wine if you prefer.)

Diana, that sounds wonderful!!!!! Wouldn't work on our WW diet, but will have to save the recipe for after we reach our goal weights.

That really does sound good Diana and not much cooking to it...lol. I love chicken dishes so thanks for posting the recipe. I will have to try it sometime.

I printed it out. I'll be making a grocery list for later and that might be Sunday lunch.
