That poor little child. It can break your heart sometimes when you work with children.
We can all pray for her and that she ends up okay and in a good environment.

 I am speechless.  Just know that your strength with get you through this! Hopefully this little girl can beat the odds, come to terms with what has happened to her to break the cycle and make something of herself.

I know the school is trying to get something done, but I seriously doubt anything will happen and it is really too bad. She is having trouble at school academically and the school wanted to put her in special education, but this wack job step-grandfather of hers said no, that it would hurt her chances if she wanted to be in politics..... oh brother!
